My absolute favorite holiday dessert is actually a drink called Coquito! It’s a Puerto Rican specialty made with coconut, condensed milk and rum amongst other ingredients. Big recommend even virgin. So yummy! Also sharing this with my friends cause I’d cry for a sweet Krampy of my own and so would they 🖤
My favorite cookie is Snowballs, but I also love cranberry bread and any cheesecake! 🖤
My absolute favorite dessert during the holidays is not a cookie. It’s something many people can have and make throughout the year however my mother only makes it at Christmas time. My mother’s baklava is my absolute favorite. She makes her own syrup instead of using honey which is used in a lot of recipes and her secret ingredient that gives it just this individual flavor to it is she mixes rose water into the nuts. She also Layers the nuts very thinly between the philo dough and has many layers instead of just a couple of thick chunky layers of nuts. Something about it is special to me and I just absolutely love it and can’t wait for it every year.
My favorite holiday dessert are Russian Tea Cakes. As a child I hated them and one day I fell in love. Now I spend all year looking forward to them around the holidays!
My absolute favorite cookie is classic chocolate chip or oatmeal rasin. I love all things sweets and desserts but when it comes to favs, gotta stick with the classics.
